For more than 20 years, Cheli Cerra has helped thousands of children achieve school and life success. Recognized as “The Right Choice” by Women’s Day Magazine, and featured on over 30 radio shows throughout the country. Cheli is committed to helping teachers and parents come together for the success of children. She is the co-founder of the School Talk Success series – Improving Education One Conversation At a Time. Many are surprised by Cheli's diverse background and considerable accomplishments. She and her parents emigrated from Cuba to the United States in the early 1960's to avoid political persecution. She is an extensively published writer and national public speaker, and is in vast demand. Her message of personal development, communication and leadership allows children of all ages to reach their full potential and get the most from their education program and from their life.

As a school principal and a mother of two, Cheli knows firsthand the issues that teachers, parents and children face. She was the founding principal of one of the first K-8 schools in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The school of 1,500 students received an “A+” rating for two consecutive years under Cheli’s leadership. She continues to be a principal in Miami-Dade County, the fourth largest school district in the nation, and works daily on empowering her faculty, staff, parents and their children in achieving total success.

Cheli is also the founder of Eduville, Inc., a company that provides resources and strategies for parents and teachers to help their children achieve school and life success. Among her resources are Smarter Kid Secrets, a free monthly e-zine, and her website www.eduville.com, full of tips, techniques and strategies useful for anyone interested in helping a child succeed. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and has spoken to the Florida PTA, Florida Association of School Administrators, National School Boards Association among others.
